FAQ

  • My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?

Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occured in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.

  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

Roofing systems are designed to endure set time periods within a manaufacturers suggestion.

However, types of material, age, element exposure and maintence will all determine longevity.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

Not necessarily. In most cases repairs fall under most policy deductibles and would be an out of pocket expense. If a replacement is warranted, insurance policies are designed to burden most replacement costs. We always recomend that clients consult with a trained licensed insurance agents to ensure the best coverages are in place.
